Paging trades

getTrades returns trades a page at a time. Pass nextFromBlock back as fromBlock while hasMore is true:

When complete is true the market has closed and every block has been scanned. For an open market that has caught up, hasMore is false and you can poll from nextFromBlock later.

Building an order without signing

buildOrder returns unsigned transactions. Sign and send them in order with any wallet, or let the trader do it with checks.
